Leaving Cert Irish: Your Complete Exam Guide, Now Available on Amazon
Leaving Cert Irish: Your Complete Exam Guide is now available on Amazon. Irish is compulsory for the Leaving Cert, and this independent guide explains every part of the exam in plain English, with model answers in Irish and in English so you can see what a strong answer looks like and why it works.
Every Part of the Paper
The guide covers the oral, with topic preparation, model sentences and picture-series guidance, and the aural, with exam technique, a note sheet and key vocabulary. For the written paper it takes the aiste, scéal, díospóireacht, litir and óráid step by step, and gives answer methods and useful phrases for reading comprehension, prose and poetry.
Grammar and Vocabulary in One Place
Tense sheets, mutation tables, a Tá versus Is flowchart and topic word lists sit alongside revision checklists, an exam-day plan and practice titles and passages. Higher Level and Ordinary Level are both covered, with an honest guide to what changes and how to choose.
A Free Online Practice Hub
Readers also get a free online practice hub with vocabulary, verb and prepositional pronoun drills. The access details are printed in the book, so the hub is for people who own it.
